Code Review
This pull request upgrades the React dependency to version 19. The changes in package.json correctly update react and @types/react versions. The code change in VirtualizedDiffViewer.tsx is a necessary type fix due to the upgrade. I have one suggestion regarding the versioning of the react dev dependency in package.json to better align with the peer dependency range, improving future maintainability.
